We can have everything we want, but it may not fulfill us as we’d hoped. This card appears when it’s time to make a move. We’ve done all we can, and now it’s time to detach and consciously continue our journey along a new path. Letting go can be sad, but the relief comes with regaining our freedom. Once the decision has been made, we can move forward more quickly.

This card doesn’t look like a good scenario, and yet if you look, you will see what’s going on. We’re the ones trapping ourselves with our negative thinking. If only we would look again, we’d see thoughts aren’t honest, and we are, in fact, free to believe whatever we choose. This card reflects the restriction you’re feeling. When we put our heart and soul into our work, we reap the rewards twice — first, as we toil away, and again, when we share it with the world. There is much satisfaction in working hard and working well, so dedicate yourself to the job at hand. Bring mindfulness to your work, enjoying the process as much as the result.
